Color in the office

Color copying might still be too expensive or impractical for most office usages. It might be better to get a b&w digital copier that scans into a color laser printer for those odd moments where color copying is needed. Nowadays it is very practical to do such thing and some digital b&w copiers can be programmed to do just that in one or two steps. That represents a tremendous savings not only in cost of technology but also in supply usage and unauthorized color copying.

Most of our b&w digital copiers scan in color opening many doors for creativity. My recommendation: stay away from color copiers unless you are planing to do hundreds if not thousands of color copies a day. If not, consider a b&w copier with color scanning capabilities.
