Back to School Basics

1- Get organized - create a calendar, place a bulletin board in a prominent place.
2- Get school supplies and clothes ahead of time.
3- Start easily and early with bedtime habits waking up earlier and having a nutritious breakfast.
4- Get immunizations and all other documents together.
5- Have a conversation with your children about school, about teachers, activities and possible new friends.
